Celebrities and style gurus have taken an edgier approach to this season’s fashions. Although blazers are classic and still very much considered to be a wardrobe staple, leather jackets have become a close second to the more structured piece.
Leather can do several things for an outfit. Firstly, the texture can add visual appeal that you’d have a hard time finding with any other basic fabric type. By mixing feminine, more commonly used fabrics with a pop of leather texture, you’ve taken your classic look to a more modern place. Secondly, leather creates a whole new outfit character.
